ABOUT LEIA WILLIAMS
Leia proudly joins Century 21 Prestige as our Business Manager and also a Sales Agent. With over 25 years of combined property industry and business management experience including 11 years in mortgage lending and management with CBA. She has bought, sold, renovated, rented out, built and designed residential properties, plus completed a handful of commercial property fitouts, and has worked in interior design giving her an elevated skill set to be able to work one on one with our clients. Many Townsville locals might also recognise Leia from her former business Elle J. Elle J was a leading and well regarded maternity and baby retail boutique and online store which Leia founded. She developed the business from scratch and ran it successfully for 13 years before choosing to have a career change. She had store locations during this time in Castletown, Fairfield Central, Domain Central and Ingham road which is a huge achievement. Known for its gorgeous products and providing its customers with a first class customer service experience Leia also designed and manufactured some of the ranges she sold as well as wholesaled them to other retailers across Australia.
She has also been a mentor to many small business owners and was the co-founder of the North Queensland Babies and Kids Market back in 2009 which paved the way for dozens of local small businesses and women in business in Townsville. Leia has also been a volunteer for Ronald McDonald House and has been volunteering with Brothers Cricket Club in Kirwan since 2022. Leia has been the club Secretary providing valuable business and operational support to the club to ensure its ongoing viability and success. She has been recognised by Queensland Cricket for her contribution to local cricket in Townsville as a part of the Queensland Cricket Volunteer Awards.
Her extensive business management and sales experience, passion for residential property (including Pinterest addiction!) and helping her clients achieve their property goals has luckily for us brought her to our team. Through her experiences over the last 25 years working in banking, and founding and managing her own business, Leia believes strongly in the importance of building relationships, high level customer service, trust and transparency. She also loves that here at Century 21 Prestige we are a full service agency. Meaning she has the opportunity to use her knowledge and experience to value add to all her clients and look for ways that they can extract more value from their property so THEY can get the best outcome.
Her ability to build rapport with her clients and all who she interacts with quickly and authentically combined with her client management and sales skills has seen her achieve fantastic outcomes with her vendors and she looks forward to working with more clients soon and helping our Century 21 Prestige team become a leading agency in the Townsville area.
